Blue Earth Construction has been appointed to deliver the design and build of Plot 6700 at Solihull Parkway, located within Birmingham Business Park.
The development will deliver two BREEAM ‘Excellent’ warehouse units, comprising:
- 80,000 sq ft of high-quality warehousing space
- 10,000 sq ft of modern ancillary office accommodation
The scheme also includes:
- Vehicle loading docks
- Service yards
- Dedicated plant decks
- Car parking
- Landscaping
Designed to support modern logistics, distribution, and manufacturing operations, the project prioritises operational efficiency, flexibility, and long-term value.
